Your satisfaction is my number one concern and I strive to make your experience as warm, relaxing and stress free as possible.  My reputation depends on it.  If I am to promise and make this my guarantee the following policies must be in place.

The schedule that I have in place allows me to book each clients time, specific to the service they are receiving.

*If you arrive 15 min late for your appointment it may require rescheduling

*I recommend and prefer you pre-book your appointments after your service.   This is to ensure that, you not only, receive the day and time that you desire but, you also, maintain your style in a way that each appointment is efficient and consistent.

*If you find that you need to cancel your appointment, I request 24 hours notice, for an opportunity to fill the time.   This is also the best time to re-book that appointment.   This is to ensure that you stay on schedule and get into the schedule as soon as possible.

*I guarantee satisfaction of all services with in a week of your appointment   I will always advise you of the best, most practical, and professional products for your home care.  I cannot guarantee your color service if you are not using a professional product I’ve recommended at home.  This is to ensure, that you are protecting your investment.

*To make sure that your experience is warm, comfortable and stress free I request that you turn the volume of your mobile devices down and only use them during processing time.  I believe this is “you” time and its best to turn your devices off and put them away if you are able to.

*No promotions may be used together but I will roll over each into your future appointments.  For Example; the months promo is a free partial foil with a cut and color and you have earned $25 in rewards points.  You can use your free partial at today’s appointment and the $25 at your next appointment.

*$25.00 reward cards and gift cards are not of cash value and may be redeemed for services only.  They cannot be exchanged for cash, gratuity, or retail products.

My last request is that you come in, have fun, relax, and enjoy the experience.  You deserve it.

*****if you are a first time client and also, referred with a 25$ gift card.  You can us your $$$10 or 20$$$ off services for your first appointment  and $25 gift card for your second.  They can not be combined

*****raffle rules. Your email address must be given for entry into the raffle.  You are automatically enrolled into my monthly news letter.  Winners are announced on the first of the month following the raffle via email and Facebook.   The winner will also be contacted via text.
